Strengthen and tone the muscles of your body?
Improve your posture, balance, flexibility and calm your mind.
Pilates will especially strengthen the deep stabilising muscles of your core: your pelvic floor, stomach and waist.
Exercises are low impact and suitable for men and women of any fitness level.
A lovely way to let go of the stresses of life.

Come and try a beginners' class at Bernays Hall, Thursday mornings: Intermediates 10.15am - 55 minutes duration, Beginners 11.15am - 55 minutes duration.
